Senior Architect (1 position)
Responsibilities:
This position requires candidates to conduct overall control of the project design, organize internal design discussion and production at various design stages, prepare for the external presentation and technical discussion, and promote the team’s technical quality system together with the principal architect.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or higher degree in architecture (five-year
program).
2.More than 8 years’ experience in the profession of architectural design, in
particular, the experience of participating in the whole phases of at least 5
completed civic/cultural projects.
3.Cross-team communication and coordination competence and experience to ensure
the high-standard design quality in whole phases.
4.Excel in a dynamic working environment, well organized, be able to deal with
multiple different tasks.
5.Strong interest and enthusiasm in creative
research-oriented design and the architectural practice.
Overseas education background and working experience or fluent English would be
a plus.
Technical Director/Chief Architect (Middle and late direction) (1 position)
Responsibilities:
This position requires candidates to conduct overall control of the project design, organize internal design discussion and production at the various design stages , Provide feasible technical solutions, and lead the construction of the firm’s professional technical quality system together with the presiding architect
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in architecture (Master's degree overseas is preferred).
2.More than 10 years of working experience in an architectural firm or design institute, as a technical person responsible for technical management in at least three comprehensive public projects under construction or completed.
3.Familiar with national regulations, Chinese building regulations and all levels of approval procedures, able to provide solid technical solutions for Pioneer's architectural concepts.
4.Have an in-depth understanding of construction
specifications, processes, construction engineering and construction materials.
5.Strong interest and enthusiasm in creative research-oriented design and the
architectural practice.
6.Overseas education background and working experience or fluent English would
be a plus.
Intermediate Architect (Deepening and construction drawing direction) (1-2 positions)
Responsibilities:
This position requires the applicant to work with the design team to complete the detailed design and construction drawings of the architectural profession under the guidance of the Senior Architect and the Lead Architect. The applicant will be able to complete the assigned design drawings in accordance with the firm's standards on time and with quality, and to supervise the work of the Assistant Architect.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or higher degree in architecture (five-year program).
2.More than 3 years of working experience in the profession of architectural design, familiar with architectural design and related codes.
3.Bachelor degree or above in Architecture (Graduated from a first-class university or excellent firm experience is preferred).
4.Proficient in CAD, SketchUp and other drawing software, have a certain professional level, strong drawing ability.
5.Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, full of passion; team work spirit and good communication skills, strong adaptability and self-adjustment ability; Good ability of execution and learning.
6.Have a high pursuit of building completion.
7.Overseas education background and working experience or fluent English would be a plus.
Architect (2-3 positions)
Responsibilities:

Operations Supervisor (1 position)
1.Bachelor degree or above in architectural design or related majors, with more than eight years of working experience as designer or in a first-class design institute.
2.Have a strong awareness of design management, with more than five years of management experience in large and medium-sized projects.
3.Responsible for formulating and coordinating work plans, program management, operational processes (including business processes), as well as improve the system, improve the operation and management.
4.Responsible for coordinating the work of various business segments, the establishment of effective mechanisms for teamwork, and actively coordinate and motivate a team of staff work.
5.Work experience in the whole process of market development, project implementation, resource allocation, and acceptance.
6.Have a high degree of professionalism and responsibility, and outstanding external and upper communication skills.
7.Overseas education background/work experience or fluent English would be a plus.
Research Specialist (3 positions)
1.Bachelor degree or above in architecture and urban planning from well-known universities at home and abroad.

3.Possess a good foundation for architectural and urban research topics, have participated in various research or publication projects, can efficiently integrate resources for specific academic topics, and assist architects in academic research work.
4.Have enthusiasm and thirst for research on architectural history or architectural practice, and have certain academic research capabilities in architectural history or art history.
5.Familiar with common office software and related professional design software.
6.Possess good Chinese and English reading and strong writing skills, relevant work experience is preferred.
Intern ( long-term recruitment)
Responsibilities:
This position is for university students majoring in architecture. During the internship, as the team member, candidates will assist with the schematic design.
Qualifications:
Full-time architecture majors in the fourth or last year of their five-year program.
Solid architecture knowledge and the talent and passion for architectural design.
Good team communication skills and sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Proficiency in Auto CAD/Adobe Suite/Rhino and other software.
Ability to work full time for minimum 3 months.
Overseas education background and working experience or fluent English would be a plus.
