The 3rd Guangdong Nanhai Land Art Festival, themed “Walking with Water,” opened on July 17, 2026, and runs through January 3, 2027, spanning 12 art areas across three towns. Its special curatorial program, “Public Seating Project — Chair with You,” combines art and everyday functions, turning sitting into a gentle connection between people, place, and nature. Doreen Heng LIU and NODE Architecture & Urbanism were invited to participate, creating the permanent work 「Soft Time」 by Tingyin Lake.
