Project Location：Nanning, Guangxi            Floor Area: 20,525 sqm            Building Area：46,900 sqm

We organized various home programs though 2.2m which regarded as the minimum human being comfortable scale.

The Social Housing with an area of 20,525sqm is located at the edge of Nanning, far away from the city center and is surrounded of farmland and orchards.

In our opinion, home is at first a simple room with all basic daily required items, like bed, bathroom, kitchen, chair, etc. The permutations and combinations of all these required spaces will be able to meet different groups’ anticipations towards comfortable living. Based on this simple spatial logic, we try to add more units as much as possible and at the same time to achieve diverse internal spaces.

Inside of redesign landscape, we take advantages of current farmland and orchards to form the farmland-landscape which can encourage residents to evolve in community activities and finally guarantee the community vitality naturally.
