Located near the Yugu Bridge in Danzhou at a bend along the coastline, the site is characterized by extensive volcanic rock formations. It faces the sea to the west and borders the Hainan Ring Road Tourist Highway to the east, offering expansive coastal views.

Inspired by the mangrove vegetation that thrives along the surrounding shoreline, the design combines two circles of different sizes, generating intersecting and curving structural forms that resemble coastal plants swayed by the sea breeze. The ground floor is elevated on stilts to accommodate a marketplace and off-road camping activities, while the main functional spaces—including the visitor service center, elevated viewing platform, and off-road exhibition hall—are arranged on the second floor, unfolding progressively along the coastline.
